Love the food

We All say I am on dieting, I don't eat oily food, and at the height I don't consume carbohydrates after 6 PM. Whats all these..? Come on we are all Indians, and we must love food. think of those yummy pani puris you can have late night before going to bed. think of those masala penuts we can eat on the day of fast....We are blessed that we can drink as many cups of tea as we want during the day.

Just think of a big bar of dark chocolate gals which we can have after a too much shouting on hubby darling, to settle down the excitement. how can we compromise on all these things...If u are doing it, you are killing yourself.

If we want to live healthy we can work hard to burn the calories.Please don't ignore the food around you.

    If want to, we CAN consume more than 5000 calories a day; what you do you think, we can burn maximum in a day?
